We assist applicants to obtain their Green Card.


A Green Card for Immediate Relatives of U.S. Citizen can be obtained:

If you are an immediate relative of a U.S. citizen, you can become a lawful permanent resident (get a Green Card) based on your family relationship if you meet specific eligibility requirements.


You are an immediate relative if you are:


The spouse of a U.S. citizen;

The unmarried child under 21 years of age of a U.S. citizen; or

The parent of a U.S. citizen (if the U.S. citizen is 21 years of age or older).

The processing time for a green card application depends on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) center or agency handling the application and the specific green card type.



Steps to get green card

  • We will assist you and your sponsor in submitting a petition on behalf of the green card applicant (beneficiary). 
  • This petition will provide proof that you have a family relationship with a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • After USCIS receives and approves the green card sponsor’s petition, the green card applicant can now submit their green card application.

  • We will help you determine which application you will fill out: You will either submit an adjustment of status (from inside the U.S.) or a consular application (outside the U.S.).
  • We will walk you through the process of submitting required supporting documents such as tax returns, birth certificates, and others with your green card application.

  • The USCIS does biometrics to ensure no crimes have been committed by the beneficiary.
